The Crowne Plaza Indianapolis Downtown Union Station has two dining options. Due to current health and safety standards, both are temporarily closed. Once reopen, 123 West and Taggart’s will feature upscale yet pleasantly affordable cuisine. Open for breakfast, 123 West is located where a young Thomas Edison once worked as a telegraph operator. Taggart’s is normally open for lunch and dinner, with extended hours on weekends. Once the dining facilities reopen, the hotel may also resume daily room service.

At the left of the main entrance, the fitness center is currently open to three guests at a time. Access to the fitness center must be obtained at the front desk. The fitness center offers treadmills, elliptical trainers and a complete set of free weights. Also available are workout benches, exercise balls and medicine balls. Towels are provided, as are exercise mats for stretching.
Swimming Pool
Also on the street level is the hotel’s beautiful indoor swimming pool. With a maximum depth of 3 feet, the pool is safe for swimmers of all levels. However it’s also just large enough to accommodate lap swimming. Anchored by original iron girders from the train station, the spacious area also features lounge chairs and towels.
Conference/Meeting Facilities
Crowne Plaza Indianapolis Downtown Union Station offers 55,000 of conference/meeting space. This includes 22 meeting rooms that can be configured in a variety of layouts. The Grand Hall Ballroom has space to accommodate to up to 800 guests. But it can also be converted into small styles like a classroom or theatre style.
