The towering InterContinental San Francisco offers 550 guest rooms across 32 floors. Additionally, it features a two-level underground parking garage. Its convenient spot in SoMa makes it easy to walk to notable nearby landmarks. For instance, the Metreon and Moscone Center area just a few blocks away. Accommodations

Each of the 550 guest rooms including 14 suites, have several new additions and enhancements. In more detail, rooms have elegantly appointed furnishings, large flat screen TV, contemporary artwork from local artists. Additional amenities are individually controlled heating and air conditioning, motorized curtains. Complimenting the rooms are floor to ceiling windows with gorgeous views of the City.

Room categories range from spacious Standard King Rooms to the extraordinary 2,000 square foot Presidential Suite, with two outside terraces and lavish bedroom on the second level. There are no more than 22 guest rooms per floor.

Pet Policy

The InterContinental San Francisco is a pet-friendly facility, allowing cats and dogs of up to 50 lbs. In addition to the nightly rate, guests are required to pay a non-refundable cleaning fee of $50 per night and sign a Pet Responsibility Agreement upon check in.

Luce

The Michelin-starred Luce Restaurant led by Chef Daniel Corey, is open for breakfast, lunch, dinner and weekend brunch. The recipient of a Michelin star for 10 consecutive years Luce features inventive New American cuisine and has been the recipient of Wine Spectator’s Award of Excellence every year since 2015. Considered one of the more affordable Michelin-star restaurants in the City, Luce offers a wonderful Chef’s Tasting Menu, moderately priced at $125 with optional wine pairings at $95.

Bar 888

The InterContinental San Francisco’s Bar 888 is known as the premier grappa (grape-based Italian brandy) bar in the City. In addition to more than 100 grappa selections, Bar 888 offers fine wines, signature cocktails and gourmet bar bites. Bar 888 was one of the first grappa bars in the United States.

Club InterContinental

Located on the 6th floor, the Club InterContinental Lounge is inclusive to guests for an additional fee. The Club Lounge hosts a continental breakfast and afternoon tea service, along with pre-dinner hors d’oeuvres, cocktails and gourmet sweets in the evenings. Club guests can also receive complimentary Wi-Fi in their guest rooms and complimentary turn-down service with bottled water and additional treats. Leading newspapers are also available at the Club Lounge, such as the Wall Street Journal, USA Today and the San Francisco Chronicle.

24-Hour Room Service

In-room dining provided by friendly service attendants, is available 24 hours a day. An in-room dining menu and private in-room bar with fee-based selections are also provided.

Located on the ground level, the gift shop sells snacks, sundries, candy, over-the-counter medications, clothing, gifts and other items.

Fitness Center/Pool

The 24-hour fitness center, featuring state-of-art treadmills, weight machines and free weights, is located on the sixth floor. Located across from the reception/check in desk on the ground level, the concierge can make recommendations for additional dining, activities, shopping, popular attractions and more. Complimentary newspapers like the San Francisco Chronicle, USA Today and the Wall Street Journal are also available at the concierge desk.
