One of four new Pendry hotels to open in 2021, Pendry Chicago is planning a spring opening. Located in the historic Art Deco Carbide & Carbon Building, Pendry Chicago will offer 364 guestrooms and suites. As a matter of fact, it has a “refined sense of modern day luxury”. Pendry Chicago features a rooftop bar and Venteux. Equally impressive is a highly anticipated new French restaurant. That’s not to mention it will be led by Michelin-starred Chef Donald Young. With an optimum setting in the Chicago Loop, Pendry Chicago is within walking distance to attractions. For instance, Millennium Park and Art Institute of Chicago are closeby.

Ritz-Carlton Paradise Valley

Spread across 20 acres just north of Scottsdale, Ritz-Carlton Paradise Valley is expected to open in the first quarter of the year. With famed Camelback Mountain as a backdrop the Ritz-Carlton will feature 215 guestrooms and suites. Guests will also enjoy a 16,000 square foot spa and one of the longest swimming pools in North America. Additionally, 20,000 square feet of event space will be available for weddings and conferences. The first Ritz-Carlton property to be built in over a decade, Paradise Valley will also have a number of private luxury residences.

Six Senses New York

Overlooking the Hudson River, Six Senses New York is the first North American property of this luxury hotel conglomerate. One of the flagship entities to open at the stunning XI, Six Senses NY will feature 137 elegantly appointed guestrooms. Occupying 10 floors of one of the two buildings at XI, Six Senses will also have a 45,000 square foot spa and two upscale restaurants. Set to open in the fourth quarter, Six Senses New York is conveniently located in the vibrant Chelsea neighborhood, near the city’s acclaimed High Line linear park.

The Inn At Mattei’s Tavern

Set at a 19th century stagecoach stop, Inn at Mattei’s Tavern is a new Auberge Resorts Collection property to open later this fall. Located in the magnificent Santa Barbara wine country, the Inn will feature 67 luxury guestrooms and cottage-style accommodations. Also on the 6.5-acre property is an outdoor pool with cabanas, signature spa and high-end dining. The Inn at Mattei’s Tavern will also offer event space for special occasions like birthday parties and weddings.
