The four-star Hotel E is the newest upscale property of Greystone Hotels and downtown Santa Rosa’s first boutique hotel. In Courthouse Square, Hotel E features 39 guestrooms, a meeting space, a stylish lobby, and a wine bar. Additional space will open this year with a rooftop bar, fitness center, and additional guestrooms, including top-floor luxury suites. Perry’s Restaurant is expected to open in 2022. Historic Building
The iconic beaux-arts main building, built in 1908, was known as the Santa Rosa Building. Later, it was renamed the Empire Building and has served as a bank, college, and, most recently, a law firm. More than 110 years later, it remains the most familiar structure in Santa Rosa. Hotel E is the 12th hotel owned and managed by Greystone Hotels, founded in 1995.
