About Hotel E Santa Rosa

The four-star Hotel E is the newest upscale property of Greystone Hotels and downtown Santa Rosa’s first boutique hotel. Located in Courthouse Square, Hotel E features 39 guestrooms, meeting space, stylish lobby and a wine bar. Additional space will open this year with a rooftop bar, fitness center and additional guestrooms, including top floor luxury suites. Perry’s Restaurant is expected to open in 2022. The entire property is completely smoke free and exceptionally pet friendly. Hotel E is the only full-service boutique hotel in Santa Rosa.

Historic Building

The iconic beaux arts main building was known as the Santa Rosa Building, built it 1908. Later, it was renamed the Empire Building and has served as a bank, college and most recently a law firm. More than 110 years later, it remains the most familiar structure in Santa Rosa. Hotel E is the 12th hotel owned and managed by Greystone Hotels, founded in 1995. Hotel E is led by General Manager Vern Lakusta.

Hotel E is a short distance from U.S. Highway 101 at the Highway 12 exit in Santa Rosa. The city is located about an hour north of the Golden Gate Bridge. From the south, you can just follow Highway 101 out of San Francisco. The City of Santa Rosa is Sonoma County’s most populous city. In fact, it’s the largest in the entire North Bay.

The 39 new rooms come in four categories – King Premium, King Deluxe, King Standard and Queen Deluxe. In addition, ADA Accessible Rooms are available on a “First Sell” basis. All rooms feature several impressive amenities. For instance, there is Wi-Fi, Keurig coffee maker, safe, smart TV, mini fridge and plush robes. In the bathroom, you have premium, eco-friendly skin and bath care products.  Bathrooms have marble countertops, full length mirrors, walk in shower and low-floor toilets.
