Health/Safety Protocols

Strict health and safety protocols are in place to ensure that each visitor has a comfortable stay. Hand sanitizers are available in the lobby and other public places. Additionally, enhanced cleaning protocols are being used in both public places and in each guest room. All staff and guests are required to wear safety masks and maintain social distancing. Contactless services are also provided, including the check in and check out process.

Accommodations

Each of the 200 elegantly appointed guest rooms and suites with an impressive collection of amenities. This includes fine furnishing, flat-screen TVs, complimentary Wi-Fi and spacious bathrooms. Rooms also features Westin’s Heavenly Beds as well as high-quality Westin Heavenly Shower Systems. Room categories start from King Rooms to lavish, two-room Presidential Suites. Pet Policy

The Westin Poinsett also features the Lobby Lounge for dinner and drinks and Joel’s Java for on the go items. Due to COVID restrictions, seating has been reduced at each of the dining facilities. Fitness Center

The third floor fitness center offers cardio equipment, free weights and exercise balls. Guests have use of high-quality treadmills, elliptical trainers and stationary bikes. Water and towels are also provided, in addition to hand sanitizers. Guests can also inquire with hotel staff about bicycle rentals. Due to current health and safety protocols, only three guests are allowed at a time in the fitness center.

Guest Services

In addition to valet parking, a number of other guest services are available. This includes complimentary Wi-Fi in public areas, room service and valet dry cleaning. Self-parking is available in a parking garage adjacent to the historic building. The hotel’s concierge can make also arrangements for car rentals and provide information on local attractions. At this time, a hotel shuttle is not available. A full-service business center offers services like faxing, post/parcel and network/internet printing.

Other options include the 840 square foot Francis Marion Room and 390 square foot Palmetto Room. Interested parties can inquire about additional services like AV equipment, photography and catering.
