About Eataly’s New Pasta

Eataly’s new pasta line of products is made from 100% Italian wheat semolina and mountain spring water. The pasta is bronze drawn and then slowly dried at a low temperature. Produced in Naples, Italy, nine different pasta varieties, including spaghetti, rigatoni, and tortellini, are available. Each item comes in a 17.6-ounce package priced at just $9.90 each. Another new pasta is bucatini, although it is not currently available. In addition, you can purchase all the pasta-abilities, which include eight different kinds of pasta, and sells for $78.90. As with other Eataly products, you can buy online for delivery or pick up. What to Expect in an Eataly Cooking Class

One of the reasons why Eataly has been enormously successful is its commitment to world-class culinary education. Moreover, these cooking classes are available for all levels of cooking skills. That’s to say, nothing of the notion that you can receive cooking instruction from expert chefs and hands-on instruction in preparing Italian dishes.

A Diverse Curriculum from Eataly

In addition to Pasta Camp, the cooking classes at Eataly Silicon Valley cover a broad range of topics. For instance, one class may feature pasta making, while another might be pizza making or regional Italian cuisine.

Expert Instructors

At Eataly Silicon Valley or any other Eataly location, you can attend cooking classes led by experts in Italian cuisine. For example, a chef or expert cook at Eataly Silicon Valley may teach you how to make traditional dishes like lasagna or Neapolitan-style pizza. Whomever your presenter may be, you’ll receive master cooking instruction in a small group setting.

Hands-On Learning

It doesn’t matter what level of cooking skills you may have; you can improve your talents with hands-on learning at Eataly. In some detail, you might learn how to knead dough or sauté fresh produce. Of course, you’ll also use premium ingredients in these cooking classes, such as imported Italian cheeses and olive oil.

Small Class Sizes at Eataly Silicon Valley

Like any other location, Eataly Silicon Valley has small class sizes to ensure a quality learning experience. This also allows you to ask your instructor questions and receive feedback on your presentation. This small class format will allow you to connect with other Italian food enthusiasts. You will receive printed Italian recipes to take home with you at the end of your class instruction or even prior.

Format Variety

While many cooking classes are single-session workshops, Eataly has other class formats. For instance, you can consider multi-day cooking courses or participating in a Tasting Tour of Eataly. Equally important is class instruction on Italian wine varietals, with an opportunity to sample three Italian wines. There is an Eataly cooking class practically every day of the week. There’s even a kid’s class for pasta making.

How to Get to Eataly Silicon Valley

Parking Garages at Westfield Valley Fair

If you prefer to park alone, there are three primary parking garages. The closet main lot is the Steven’s Creek parking garage. However, the recommendation is to park at the Winchester Parking Garage, as it has several parking spaces. As for the Steven’s Creek garage, it is closer but may not have space available when it’s busy. Either way, you must note where you park and at which garage. From the Winchester garage, it’s just a short walk past Bowlero and Icon Theatre. To make it a little easier to find your way, Eataly Silicon Valley is located at the restaurant level of iChina. Please note that the first two hours of parking are free, with a maximum rate of $10.

About Eataly Silicon Valley

Indeed, it’s phenomenal, with two outstanding restaurants, a gorgeous Italian marketplace, and a fabulous wine selection. Furthermore, the store features five separate counter or café sections: Il Gelato, La Pasticceria, and Caffé Lavazza.
