About MS Koningsdam

The MS Koningsdam was the largest cruise ship in Holland America’s fleet when it first took to the seas in 2016. The Koningsdam is nearly 985 feet in length and has a passenger capacity of 2,650. The Pinnacle-class cruise ship features 12 decks, with the majority of cabins providing outstanding ocean views. The word Koningsdam is translated as “king” in the Dutch language. Moreover, in recent years Koningsdam has been named Best Mid-Sized Cruise Ship by USA Today. Holland America’s Koningsdam’s next departure is April 30, with the 7-Day Alaskan Inside Passage excursion.

Please note: Many upcoming trips have already sold out. Therefore, you should make reservations as quickly as possible. Additionally, due to increased demand, one or more of these featured trips may already be sold out. But if you book now, you can take advantage of the cruise liner’s 3-Day Deal.

Accommodations Onboard The MS Koningsdam

MS Koningsdam features 1,331 staterooms and suites in six room categories. For instance, the most affordable options are the Inside and Ocean View staterooms. In the middle of affordability are Veranda staterooms, which further come in four sub-categories. Of course, the largest and most luxurious are the suites, particularly the Neptune and Pinnacle suites. Room sizes vary from 143 square feet for an Inside Stateroom to 1,290 square feet for a Pinnacle Suite. What’s more, all rooms come with a number of fine amenities.
